Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original HUMTTO box with all tags attached, ensuring the footwear or apparel is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
